I love having something different in my camera bag! A weird lens, an old charity shop find digital camera and sometimes a film camera of some description. And a film camera is what I took to Roger & Kelly's Knights Hill Hotel wedding.

I do really like manually focusing with lenses that aren't so straight forward to use! The finished outcome is just that little bit more special! Special because it's a 'different' lens with a 'different' look and special because I wasn't using autofocus; it was on me to nail it! And the lens in question at the Whaplode Manor wedding was the TT Artisans 50mm 1.4 Tilt Lens. Now just check out the weirdness of using a tilt Lens for portraits, details and documentary photo

It's always nice to visit Ayscoughfee Hall in the heart of Spalding, Lincolnshire. It's such a lovely place and it's perfect for a little 'I do' with your favourite people.

Cowboy hats in Lincolnshire!? Oh go on then! It was great to be back at Whaplode Manor! It really is my home venue; home in the way that it's one of my closest venues and it's home in my heart. I've been there so many more times than any other wedding venue.

What's Kelham House Country manor like in March? It's goooooooood! So many great photos spots inside and out. Photos in the grounds and woods as well as outside and in front of the Manor. Lovely and helpful staff and the food is blooming good!
